Job summary

Talpro India Private Limited is seeking an MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 5–8 years of experience to design and implement CRM solutions across Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Service.

This hybrid role requires hands-on CRM development, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform expertise, plus Azure exposure and strong client-facing skills; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years CRM experience.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement Modules.
• Hands-on experience with plugins, workflows, and custom API development.
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
• Strong C# programming with OOP and domain-driven design.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and CRM implementations (3–4 full cycles).
• Experience with Omnichannel Voice/Telephony integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across customer engagement modules.
• Develop plugins and custom workflows and expose APIs.
• Leverage Power Platform tools to build business apps and reports.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams in a hybrid work setup.
