TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Senior D365 Developer to lead CRM solutions, emphasizing Dynamics CRM, Power Apps/Power Automate, and Azure-based integrations. You will design APIs, Logic Apps, and Functions to connect external and internal systems, deliver SSRS/Power BI dashboards, and guide a skilled team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Sr D365 Developer with at least two complete CRM implementations.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating with external systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.
• Experience creating Web API, Logic Apps, Azure Functions for integrations.
• Experience with SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Hands-on with Customer Service modules in CRM.
• Ability to advise on best practices for CRM development or integration.
• Experience managing client communication and setting expectations.
• Ability to write technical specifications and estimate change requests.
• Familiarity with source control and CI/CD processes.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor team members and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM development and integration efforts for D365 environments.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver CRM solutions on time.
• Design and implement Power Platform integrations (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Build and maintain APIs, Logic Apps and Azure Functions for external/internal systems.
• Develop SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards for business insights.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for CRM projects.
• Manage client communications, risks and change requests.
• Mentor junior developers and supervise task allocation.
