Job summary

Talpro India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Senior D365 Developer to lead and deliver complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role requires 7+ years in Dynamics CRM, hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations using Azure APIM or equivalent middleware.

You will design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions, mentor a technical team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Senior D365 Developer with at least two complete CRM implementations.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Integrations using Azure APIM or similar middleware.
• Web API, Logic Apps, Azure Functions for integrations.
• SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards experience.
• Customer Service modules familiarity.
• Best practices for CRM development or integration.
• Managing client communication and expectations.
• Writing technical specifications.
• Source control and CI/CD familiarity.
