The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on experience with deployments, monitoring, and access management. This hybrid/onsite role centers in Chennai and offers opportunities for process optimization.

• Java/J2EE,Quarkus Frameworks, Microservices, Angular , PostgreSQL.
• L2/L3 Application Support & Incident Management expertise.
• Monitoring tools experience (AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, kibana, Shell Scripting).
• Strong log analysis and root cause identification skills.
• Experience in deployments, integrations, and environments.
• SQL, cloud basics, and SLA/SLO understanding.

Good to have technical skills

• Certifications (ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow).
• CI/CD and DevOps tools (Git).
• Automation/scripting (Python, Shell).
• Monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK stack).
• Experience in regulated environments.
