Job summary

ISIEINDIA | Charging Careers is seeking a dedicated professional to manage day-to-day operations at the training centre in Maharashtra. You will drive student mobilization, support enrollment targets, and coordinate with trainers for smooth centre functioning.

This role requires strong communication and counselling skills, a good network with colleges and ITIs in the region, and willingness to travel for field visits and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in student mobilization, centre management, education/training, or business development.
• Strong communication, counselling, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and travelling.
• Knowledge of the local educational ecosystem in Maharashtra preferred.
