Job summary

Isieindia in Maharashtra seeks a dedicated candidate to independently manage student and trainee mobilization across colleges and training institutions. You will visit colleges, ITIs, polytechnic institutes, and training centres to drive registrations and enrollments.

The role requires strong networking with college management, placement officers, and faculty, plus the ability to own targets and work in the field with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in student mobilization or related roles.
• Experience with colleges, ITIs, polytechnic institutes, universities or training institutions.
• Existing network with colleges/educational institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute student and trainee mobilization activities.
• Visit colleges, ITIs, polytechnic institutes, training centres and other educational institutions for mobilization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with college management, placement officers, faculty members, TPOs, and academic coordinators.
• Identify and establish connections with new colleges and institutions for mobilization activities.
• Coordinate with colleges for seminars, workshops, campus visits, orientation programs, and student registration.
• Generate and maintain a database of potential students and trainees.
• Plan and execute regular field visits to achieve assigned mobilization targets.
• Take complete ownership of assigned locations and mobilization targets.
• Prepare regular reports on field visits, student interactions, leads, registrations, and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience working with colleges, ITIs, polytechnic institutes, universities, or training institutions will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with an existing network/connection with colleges and educational institutions will be preferred.
• Experience in independently handling mobilization activities and achieving targets will be an advantage.
