Job summary

ExcelR is seeking a field-oriented Partnerships & Outreach professional in Hyderabad to drive institutional collaborations and CSR initiatives. You will engage government schools, ITIs, and colleges, coordinate MOUs, and support program onboarding across education ecosystems.

You will liaise with NGOs and CSR teams, assist in sourcing candidates for blue- and white-collar roles, and ensure robust reporting, tracking, and field execution for programs and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in school publishing or education content sales.
• Familiarity with district-level education and skill development ecosystems.
• Experience with NGO/CSR implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage schools, ITIs, colleges and coordinate MOUs and onboarding.
• Support UNICEF-aligned digital skills programs and partner coordination.
• Assist in CSR-funded skilling opportunities, field coordination and reporting.
• Support candidate sourcing for blue- and white-collar roles with institutions.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1) Institutional Outreach & Partnerships (B2A)

a) Identify and engage Government schools, ITIs, diploma & degree colleges.

b) Support MoUs, pilot programs, and institutional onboarding. c) Coordinate with principals, HODs, district education officers, and skill officers.

2) UNICEF & Digital Skills Program Support

a) Assist in rollout of UNICEF-aligned Digital & Life Skills programs.

b) Support student onboarding, faculty coordination, and program tracking.

c) Act as a local point of contact for institutions and implementation partners.

3) CSR & Government Project Support

a) Assist in identifying CSR-funded skilling opportunities.

b) Support documentation, field coordination, and reporting requirements.

c) Liaise with NGOs, CSR teams, and government bodies as required.

4) Sourcing – Blue Collar & White Collar

a) Support candidate sourcing and mobilisation for: o Blue-collar roles (Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Field Services) o White-collar roles (IT, Analytics, BFSI, Operations, Sales)

b) Coordinate with institutions for student data, eligibility, and assessments.

5) Reporting & Field Execution

a) Maintain activity reports, lead trackers, and institutional data.

b) Support events, orientations, and local workshops.

c) Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1) Experience in: o School Book Publishing / Education Content Sales o K12 institutions, ITIs, diploma or degree colleges o Education NGOs / CSR implementation projects

2) Familiarity with district-level education and skill development ecosystem.
