Job summary

Vision India Services in Bengaluru (Karnataka) is seeking a proactive Recruitment Outreach Coordinator to connect with ITI, diploma and other institutes, build relationships with institute management and placement teams, and drive Just Job registrations among eligible candidates.

You will source and mobilise candidates for job drives, maintain field visits, counsel candidates on opportunities, and report daily sourcing progress to support recruitment campaigns and joining processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to network and build relationships with institutes and placement teams.
• Comfortable with field visits and local travel; fluent in local language.
• Candidates with target-driven approach and counselling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, Skill Institutes, and other educational institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with institute management and placement teams.
• Drive Just Job registrations among eligible candidates.
• Source and mobilise candidates as per business and recruitment requirements.
• Mobilise candidates for job drives, interviews, recruitment campaigns, and placement activities.
• Conduct regular field visits to institutes and local communities.
• Counsel candidates regarding available job opportunities and recruitment processes.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates from registration to joining.
• Support candidates throughout recruitment and joining process.
• Maintain daily sourcing and mobilisation reports.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing targets.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and other stakeholders.
• Identify new institutes and local sourcing channels to expand candidate network.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• BBA / MBA graduates, including freshers.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment, field sourcing, mobilisation, staffing, business development, counselling, or community engagement will be preferred.
• Candidates with good knowledge of the local area and strong local networking will be an added advantage.
