Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Grade 7 MDM Intune specialist to join the Bangalore team. The role focuses on hands-on Intune and mobility device management for iOS/Android, delivering L2 support and customer-facing services across mobile devices.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting multiple platforms, managing enrolment, and performing remote device actions. Relevant experience with Intune, AirWatch/Workspace ONE, and ZENworks is required for this position in a customer-facing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in MDM L2 support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobility device management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting all mobile device platforms (iOS and Android) with multiple applications.
• Provide mobility MDM end user support for iOS/Android devices in EMM console actions (device wipe, enterprise wipe, password reset).
• Handle device enrolment, password, configuration, application, and email issues; DEP enrollment.
• Provide support in MDM/MAM like whitelist/blacklist and configuration profiles via EMM portal.

Job Summary

The Grade 7 MDM Intune specialist iOS/Android mobile devices is overall, would be someone with 610 years of IT experience and solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, mobile issues in iOS/Android device management, and customer-facing L2 support operations.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting all mobile device platforms (iOS and Android) with multiple applications.
• Provide mobility MDM end user support for iOS/Android mobile devices in Adding or Deleting users from the EMM console, Performing remote device management actions like Device Wipe, Enterprise Wipe, and Password Reset also device enrolment, password, Configuration, Application, Email issues, DEP Enrollment etc.
• Provide support in MDM, MAM (mobile email management administration) like Whitelist/Blacklist devices pushing configuration profiles to the device utilizing the EMM Portal
• Troubleshoot Mobility MDM tasks

Requirements

• Atleast 2 to 4yr of hands on experience in MDM L2 team supporting on tools mainly Microsoft Intune, AirWatch / Workspace ONE, Micro Focus (OpenText) ZENworks MDM etc.
