Job summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur seeks an skilled bartender to uphold high beverage standards, craft drinks, and ensure guests receive prompt service.

You will create new cocktails, upsell F&B, and maintain cleanliness and stock. Minimum 1 year in a similar role and strong mixology knowledge required. Excellent creativity and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A strong knowledge & demonstrable experience of mixology.
• Excellent creativity paired with great communication skills.
• The passion and desire to constantly think of new ways to excite and entertain your guest.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position.

• Prepare and serve drinks and snack orders according to service standard. Ensure that hot snacks and cold drinks are served promptly to the guests once they are ready, such that they arrive at the guests’ table at the correct temperature.
• Creation of new beverage/cocktails to suit guests’ needs. Up-sell and promote other food and beverage offers at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue.
