Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bar Attendant in a high-volume venue.

• Experience in exceeding guest expectations and delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• RSA certificate or equivalent license.

Job Description

• Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to all guests and clients
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant, fast-paced, high-volume venue.
• Knowledge of cocktails, cocktail making and beverage production, spirits, wine and beer and know what is on-trend.
• Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a can do attitude.
• Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have RSA certificate.
