Responsibilities include maintaining beverage quality, upselling premium drinks, engaging guests, and ensuring bar cleanliness and safety. Prior experience in a luxury hotel or five-star resort is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent beverage certifications.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in luxury hotel or five-star resort.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, liqueurs and craft cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Craft premium cocktails and mocktails, ensuring consistency with standards.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences and upsell premium beverages.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization according to safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, storage, and rotation of beverages; coordinate stock.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately if required.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and mocktails, delivering personalized guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality, and contributing to an innovative bar program.

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Create innovative signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus aligned with the resort's luxury standards.
• Engage with guests professionally, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable beverages.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of every drink served.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.

Job Expectations

• Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the Bar Manager for stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of beverages and bar ingredients.
• Maintain knowledge of premium spirits, wines, liqueurs, craft cocktails, and current beverage trends.
• Promote and upsell premium beverages and bar experiences to maximize revenue.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, if required.

Minimum Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, WSET, BarSmarts, or equivalent beverage certifications

Minimum Job Experience

2–5 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel, five-star resort
