Job summary

Della Group seeks an experienced Head Mixologist to lead all bar operations and develop innovative beverage programs at its resort in Maharashtra, India. You will craft signature cocktails, maintain international service standards, and drive profitability while mentoring the bar team.

You will manage inventory, control costs, ensure compliance with food safety and liquor regulations, and elevate the resort's beverage identity through strategic menu engineering and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related hospitality field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of hospitality or F&B management experience.
• Experience leading bar operations and beverage program development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the complete operations of all bars and beverage outlets within the property.
• Design, develop, and regularly update innovative cocktail, mocktail, and premium beverage menus.
• Create signature cocktails that reflect the resort's brand identity and guest preferences.
• Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, consistency, presentation, and guest service.
• Train, mentor, and develop bartenders and bar staff on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Conduct regular beverage tastings, cocktail workshops, and skill enhancement sessions for the team.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, sake, liqueurs, bitters, syrups, infusions, and premium beverages.
