Job summary

Dhanuka is seeking a Sr. Executive - MIS in Gurgaon to join the Branding & Advertising department. The role focuses on managing invoicing, MIS data handling, and ERP-related tasks to support accurate financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with MIS/ERP systems, and an analytical mindset to identify trends and ensure data accuracy across invoicing, billing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel with advanced functions, macros, and data handling.
• Familiarity with MIS/ERP systems and other MIS tools is beneficial.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
• Meticulous data accuracy in invoicing, billing, and reporting.
• Strong communication abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Timely submission of invoices related to POP, Gift, ATL, BTL or related marketing campaigns with proper evaluation.
• MRN, Transfer order, E-way bill generation etc.
• Working in close coordination with Dispatch, Account and Procurement team.
• Maintaining the invoice record month-wise and tracking payments with close coordination with the accounts team.
• Investigate and address any inconsistencies or issues in invoicing to ensure correct financial transactions.
