Job summary

Bianca in Mumbai is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and finance support professional to maintain, update, and validate business data in Excel, ensuring accuracy across receivables, payables and expense trackers.

You will assist in invoice reconciliation, perform ERP–Excel reconciliations, and contribute to regular MIS reports and dashboards, collaborating with internal teams to keep data current and well documented.

Qualifications

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.
• Understanding of P&L, receivables, payables and expenses.
• Familiar with Power BI for dashboarding/reporting.
• Basic ERP knowledge and invoice reconciliation.
• Strong data validation and attention to detail.
• B.Com / BMS graduate from a reputed college preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and manage business data in Excel on a regular basis.
• Validate data accuracy and highlight discrepancies to the concerned team.
• Update receivables, payables, expense trackers, and other business MIS reports.
• Assist in invoice reconciliation and ensure data is matched correctly with supporting documents.
• Perform basic reconciliations between ERP reports, invoices, and Excel data.
• Support the finance/business team in preparing regular reports, summaries, and trackers.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry with proper formatting and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update required financial/business data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, and Dashboarding.
• Good understanding of basic accounting concepts, including P&L, receivables, payables, and expenses.
• Working knowledge of dashboard/reporting tools such as Power BI will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and invoice reconciliation.
• Good analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Strong data validation, reporting, and coordination skills.
• B.Com / BMS graduate from a reputed college preferred.
• Prior experience in data entry, MIS, finance support, or reconciliation will be an added advantage.
