Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and conditional formatting.
• Understanding of Pivot Tables, charts, filters, and data sorting.
• Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, BCA, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
• Freshers with strong practical Excel knowledge are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Maintain, update, and validate data in Excel sheets and databases.
• Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management.
• Use Excel formulas and functions to analyze data and generate insights.
• Perform data cleaning, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare summary reports.
