Qualifikationen

• 7 to 12 years of experience in MIS, business reporting, or management reporting.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, Power Query and complex formulas.
• Hands-on with Google Looker Studio and Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in report automation and KPI tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet deadlines.
• Team leadership experience is preferred.

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Track performance metrics: sales, revenue, lead conversion, productivity, and KPIs.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

• Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and highlight areas for management attention.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and other teams to validate data.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for senior management.

• Monitor data quality and ensure timely updates from all stakeholders.
• Support planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance reviews through data analysis.
• Lead and guide the MIS team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Track business performance, sales targets, revenue, lead conversion, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes.
• Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and highlight areas requiring management attention.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and other teams to collect and validate business data.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for senior management.
• Establish standard reporting formats, KPI trackers, and review mechanisms across departments.
