Job summary

Microland is seeking a data-savvy MIS analyst to design and maintain automated daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with Excel and BI tools. You will extract and validate data from multiple internal systems and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting or BI roles, strong Excel skills, and working knowledge of SQL. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT to refine reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and Macros/VBA.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and interactive dashboards using Excel and BI tools.
• Extract, consolidate, and validate data from multiple internal systems, ERPs, and departmental inputs.
• Analyze operational metrics, sales performance, or financial flows to highlight exceptions, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Respond quickly to urgent data requests from senior management with accurate, well-formatted summaries.
• Ensure compliance with data security, access controls, and internal audit standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Sales, IT) to resolve data discrepancies and refine reporting requirements.
