Zoho in Bengaluru is seeking an MIS Analyst to design, develop, implement and support critical BI and Excel reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on automating reports, maintaining staff data, and delivering weekly/monthly sales dashboards to management.
Your work will involve data modelling, data integration and applying analytical insights to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
As an integral memberof Sales team, the MIS Analyst will be responsible for the design, development,implementation and support of critical Business Intelligence (BI)reports,Excel Reports, and other tools working with cross-functional teams.
1. Maintain contractual staff's productivity tracker
2. Maintain count of hiring, salary details andjoining details of contractual staff
3. Automate reports to reduce man-hours spent onexisting reports 4. Develop MIS documentation to allow for smoothoperations and easy system maintenance 5. Provide recommendations to update current MIS toimprove reporting efficiency and consistency 6. Perform data analysis for generating reports onperiodic basis 7. Develop MIS system for customer management andinternal communication 8. Provide strong reporting and analytical informationsupport to management team 9. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. 10. Understand customer problems andprovide appropriate technical solutions. 11. Analyse business information toidentify process improvements for increasing business efficiency andeffectiveness 12. Participate in cross-functionalmeetings to resolve recurring customer issues 13. Provide customer support andassistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution 14. Prepare and publish weekly andmonthly Sales dashboards to management 15. Update business on new changes inreports as and when introduced 16. Regularly follow-up with businesson report completeness & accuracy
