Job summary

Ambrane India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to manage data, prepare reports, and analyze business performance to support decision-making. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to handle large datasets with accuracy.

You will develop dashboards, consolidate data from multiple departments, and maintain reporting standards, while ensuring confidentiality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, Statistics, Mathematics or related field).
• 13 years of MIS reporting, data analysis, or reporting operations experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage large datasets with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and IF formulas.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and reporting sheets.
• Automate repetitive reports and improve reporting efficiency wherever possible.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company reporting standards.

About The Company

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and IF formulas.

Educational Qualification
