Job summary

Rushil Decor Ltd. in India is seeking an experienced MIS reporting professional to prepare and analyze diverse business reports, dashboards, and budgets. You will coordinate with sales, plant teams, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions, while driving performance insights across branches and plans.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of MIS experience, strong Excel skills, SAP and Power BI familiarity, and a results-driven mindset for monthly and yearly targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of MIS reporting experience in a manufacturing or sales-driven organization.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, data validation, and advanced formulas.
• Strong knowledge of sales MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience in preparing plant-wise, branch-wise, and month-wise reports.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Power BI or dashboard automation will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple reports and meet strict reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the Dispatchable Pending Report and monitor pending orders from both plants.
• Prepare the Monthly Plan Report HO CBM Wise and track monthly business plans.
• Generate and analyze Commitment vs. Achievement Reports.
• Prepare daily Daywise Order Summary Reports.
• Develop Target vs. Achievement Reports, including summary and detailed analysis.
• Prepare and monitor Monthly Targets for Each Branch.
• Prepare audited budget meeting reports for both plants and share them with management monthly.
• Prepare and analyze OEM / SCP Reports.
• Generate Realization Reports to monitor sales realization and business performance.
• Prepare One-Pager Management Reports highlighting key business performance indicators.
• Support Yearly Budget Planning, target setting, forecasting, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate with sales teams, plant teams, and other departments to collect, validate, and consolidate data.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely report submission, and consistency across all MIS reports.
• Analyze deviations between targets, commitments, achievements, and budgets, and highlight observations to management.
• Develop and improve reporting formats, dashboards, and automated MIS processes.
