Job summary

MDIndia in Pune is seeking an experienced MIS Analyst to prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, collect and validate data, and update Excel-based databases and trackers. You will generate dashboards and reports, analyze trends, and ensure timely submission.

Proficiency in Excel with Pivot Tables and lookup formulas is essential; Power BI knowledge is a plus. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong MS Excel skills: Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Basic Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from different sources.
