Job summary

Nikhil Constructiongroup is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain organizational data and reports within a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of MIS experience, strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and solid data-reporting capabilities across departments and sites.

Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, plus excellent communication and coordination skills, are essential to prepare dashboards and management

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in MIS, preferably in Construction or Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments and project sites.
• Prepare project-wise, department-wise, and management reports.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely data updates.
• Coordinate with Project, Accounts, HR, Procurement, and other departments for required information.
• Prepare dashboards, trackers, and presentations for management review.
• Monitor data accuracy and highlight discrepancies.
• Generate reports related to project progress, manpower, billing, procurement, and other operational activities.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
