Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain business data and generate accurate reports for various departments. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, and experience in preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Generate dashboards and performance reports for management.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop automated reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and Power Query (preferred).
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare ad hoc reports based on business requirements.
• Support management with data analysis and insights.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and records.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, IF formulas).
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
