Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Maintain accurate databases and reporting sheets.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and performance issues.
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Use formulas, Pivot Tables, and lookup functions for data analysis.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
• Track business KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect required data.
• Ensure timely submission of regular reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for correction.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports and data sources.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
• Support senior management with accurate and meaningful business information.
