Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards, Macros preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Microsoft tools like Power BI for data visualization (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of database tools such as SQL (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain existing MIS systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Generate, analyze, and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
• Develop and maintain MIS documentation for processes and systems.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
