Job summary

Havells in India seeks a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to support the Sales team with data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboard management. You will track sales performance, automate MIS processes, and deliver actionable business intelligence.

Responsibilities include building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel; consolidating data from ERP/CRM; forecasting and budgeting support; and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduates in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or Computer Science.
• 2–5 years of MIS, Sales Analytics, BI or Reporting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Lookup Functions.
• Hands-on with Power BI or Tableau and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Consolidate and validate data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams for reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of management reports.

About the Role
