Job summary

Sutherland is seeking an experienced MIS Reporting Analyst to generate and manage dashboards across finance and operations. You will handle MIS and Power BI reports for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and FP&A, drawing insights from CRM data to support decision making.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and the ability to convert data into actionable dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and dashboards as an individual contributor.
• Manage MIS and Power BI reports across O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A.
• Process CRM reports and showcase results to drive decisions.
• Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards for operational decisions.
• MIS reporting using Advance Excel, Power BI & VBA.
• Deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain quick turnaround times with high quality standards.
• Implement processes to improve day-to-day MIS data updates.

Job Description:

• Generate reports and showcase them through dashboards, as an individual contributor
• Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A process such as Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A
• Ability to process reports from the CRM and showcase results
• Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards that will enable decision making and process changes in Operations
• MIS reporting by using Advance Excel, Power BI & VBA (Macro) at Operational
• Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of the SLAs, KPIs and Operational Processes on time as per client requirements
• Deliver end products maintaining quick turnaround times and highest quality standards
• Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies in generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with a strong educational background
• Proficiency in different Reporting tools. Preference to
