PhantomFX in Mumbai is seeking a VFX Production Coordinator to manage production workflows and liaise with directors, editors, VFX supervisors, and producers. You will help strategize tasks, track deadlines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across departments.
The role requires 4+ years in VFX coordination, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills. You will log notes, organize dailies, and coordinate client sessions while maintaining efficient production

The VFX Production Coordinator is central to visual effects project management. The liaison with all aspects of production and post‑production: Director, Editor, external VFX Supervisor and Producers, internal Producers and Supervisors as well as artists. Working closely with and on behalf of the internal VFX Producer they help strategize and implement tasks and targets crucial to the delivery of the project on time and on budget.
