Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical role to support a nationwide PAN India delivery model. The candidate should have 5 to 12 years of experience in configuring and extending Dynamics 365 CE Apps with strong Power Platform skills.

Experience in at least one D365 F&O project is required; certifications and global rollout exposure are a plus. The position involves working with international clients and diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components.
• Experience in at least one D365 F&O project is required.
• Certification in D365 F&O Technical is a plus.
• Experience in Global Template & Rollout and working with international clients is a plus.
