Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for the MSD CRM Technical Consultant role in Hyderabad. The candidate will configure, design, and extend Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service, integrating with other systems.

Required 5–12 years of experience, strong C# .Net skills, and familiarity with Azure components including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and DevOps. Microsoft certification in Power Apps + Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Experience configuring and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components.

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, build and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps – Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.
• Maintain data quality and support data migration activities.
• Work with Azure services like Logic Apps, Service Bus and Functions for automation.
