Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Tech lead for PAN INDIA delivery. You will configure, design, build and extend Dynamics 365 CE apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service, with strong Power Platform involvement.

Experience in at least one D365 F&O project is mandatory, plus development of forms and reports and system integrations. Certification in D365 F&O is a plus; international rollout experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in Dynamics CRM/365
• Experience configuring, designing, building and extending Dynamics 365 CE Apps (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service)
• Experience in implementing at least one D365 F&O project
• Experience in development of forms and reports
• Experience in system integration with multiple options
• D365 F&O Technical certification is a plus
• Experience with Global Template rollout and working with international clients is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service
• Develop forms and reports and integrate with external systems
• Collaborate with international clients on deployments and rollout
• Participate in global template creation and rollout activities
