Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a MSD CRM Technical Consultant in Noida with 5–12 years of experience. The role involves configuring, designing, building, and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.

You will work with Power Platform components and integrate with other systems. Requires strong C# .NET proficiency and Azure experience (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, DevOps) and data migration exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and extending Dynamics 365 CE Apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components.
• 2–3 years working with Dynamics 365 CE Apps.
• Ability to integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.
• Proficiency in C# .NET and Azure components (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, DevOps).
• CRM business processes understanding.
• Experience with data migration.
