Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites applications for the MSD CRM Technical Architect role in Pune. The candidate will design, build and extend Dynamics 365 CE apps spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service, with strong Power Platform and Azure skills.

We seek 8–12 years of relevant experience, proficient C#/.NET, and the ability to integrate CE apps with other systems. Excellent communication and data migration experience are required; Microsoft certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE apps across Sales, Marketing, CS and Field Service.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET; familiarity with Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions).
• Understanding CRM business processes.
• Experience with data migration.
• Strong written and spoken communication; MS certification valued.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and extend Dynamics 365 CE apps across the CRM spectrum.
• Lead integration efforts with external systems and data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biz, QA and architecture.
• Maintain code quality and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior developers and drive best practices.
