Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for CRM Technical Developer in Pune. The role requires 8 to 12 years of experience and deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps, Power Platform, and Azure components. The candidate should be proficient in C# .NET and capable of integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Working knowledge of Power Platform components.
• 2-3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE Apps.
• Proficiency in C# .NET and Azure components (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, DevOps).
• Functional CRM business process knowledge.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, build and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE Apps with other systems.
• Demonstrate solid CRM business process understanding and data migration experience.
