Job summary

R Systems is seeking a dedicated Technical Consultant to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365 modules. You will configure Field Services, build plugins and integrations, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will drive technical specifications, provide troubleshooting, and support UAT to ensure successful platform adoption in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ecosystems.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Services, including scheduling, work orders, and mobile configuration.
• Experience with SQL Server, FetchXML, and integration tools such as Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience level: 5–8 years in enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ecosystems.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Services, including scheduling, work orders, and mobile application configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-240 or PL-400).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments.
• Knowledge of Power BI for creating advanced data visualizations and reporting within CRM.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a consultancy environment.

Experience Level (5-8 Years)

Candidates at this level are expected to possess significant professional experience in enterprise software implementation. You should be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, leading technical workstreams, and making architectural decisions that impact long-term system stability. We expect you to have a proven track record of delivering at least 3-4 full-lifecycle Dynamics implementations from discovery to post-go-live support.
