TRooInbound Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead technical solutioning for CRM deals. You will design end-to-end solutions across Dynamics apps and Power Platform, presenting to clients and helping close projects.

You will architect data models, security, integrations, and ALM, deliver demos, and provide licensing recommendations while collaborating with sales to articulate business value and win deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with presales exposure.
• Strong hands-on experience in multiple Dynamics 365 CRM apps.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning for Dynamics 365 CRM deals.
• Design architecture across Dynamics 365 apps and Power Platform; present to clients.
• Use Power Platform to extend the solution.
• Plan Dataverse data model, security, environments, and ALM.
• Design integrations with Azure, M365, Teams, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Deliver demos and POCs showing business value.
• Prepare solution documents, estimates, licensing recommendations, SOWs, and RFP responses.
• Suggest AI ideas using Copilot and Azure AI.
• Support sales on pricing and licensing; hand over to delivery with plan.

Job Description

You will lead the technical solutioning for Dynamics 365 CRM deals. You will design solutions across the Dynamics apps and Power Platform, present them to clients, and help us close projects.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops and convert business needs into a Dynamics 365 solution
• Design architecture across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing (Customer Insights - Journeys), and Customer Insights - Data
• Use Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) to extend the solution
• Plan the Dataverse data model, security roles, environments, and ALM strategy
• Design integrations with Azure services, Microsoft 365, Teams, ERP (including Finance & Operations / Business Central), and third-party systems
• Deliver demos and POCs that show clear business value
• Prepare solution documents, estimates, licensing recommendations, SOWs, and RFP responses
• Suggest AI ideas using Copilot and Azure AI to improve productivity and customer experience
• Support sales on pricing, licensing, and negotiation, and hand over to delivery with a clear plan

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in at least 2 or 3 Dynamics 365 CRM apps
• Good knowledge of Dataverse, plugins, custom workflows, PCF, and Power Platform
• Experience in data migration, integration patterns, and performance tuning
• Understanding of Microsoft licensing for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Good to Have

• Industry experience in areas like manufacturing, BFSI, public sector, or retail
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central
• Experience working with a Microsoft partner

Certifications

• Must: PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), or at least 2 of MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, MB-280, or PL-200
• Plus: AI-related Microsoft certifications (AI-900, AI-102)
