Job summary

Datamatics Global Services Ltd. is seeking a CRM Solution Designer / Architect with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Dataverse. The role focuses on designing end-to-end solutions, data models, security roles, and integration patterns across Azure services and enterprise systems.

The candidate will lead solution design in an Agile environment, review designs, mentor developers, and ensure architectures meet security and performance standards for complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and design.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Dataverse, and Power Platform architecture.
• End-to-end solution design using Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Dataverse data modelling and role-based security knowledge.
• CRM customization and development: plugins, workflows, .NET/C#, JavaScript, Web API.
• Integrations with Azure Integration Services: Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management.
• SSIS and data migration/integration across systems.
• ALM for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform including deployment and environment management.
• Focus on performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and supportability.
• Ability to define technical architecture, high-level designs, patterns, and design docs.
• Review designs, identify risks, and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud services; Azure DevOps is desirable.
• SQL Server and relational concepts; NoSQL knowledge is a plus.

Job Description:

Desired Skills

1. Minimum 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, solution design, and implementation, with significant experience in a Solution Designer / Architect role.
2. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform architecture.
3. Expertise in designing end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
4. Strong experience in Dataverse data modelling, Dynamics 365 security roles, application architecture, and solution design patterns.
5. Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development, including plugins, custom workflow activities, .NET/C#, JavaScript, and Web API.
6. Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
7. Experience in SSIS and data migration/integration solutions, including data transformation and synchronization across systems.
8. Expertise in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including solution management, deployment strategies, environment management, and release governance.
9. Strong understanding of non-functional requirements (NFRs), including performance, scalability, security, resilience, maintainability, and supportability.
10. Experience in defining technical architecture, high-level designs, integration patterns, technical standards, architecture diagrams, and design documentation.
11. Ability to review and approve technical designs, identify architecture risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
12. Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services and experience in designing cloud-based application and integration architectures. Experience with Azure DevOps is desirable.
13. Good understanding of SQL Server and relational database concepts. Knowledge of NoSQL databases is an added advantage.
14. Experience with MVC frameworks and multi-tier application architectures.
15. Experience working in Agile delivery environments, collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, testers, and other architects.
16. Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct design walkthroughs, and influence technical decisions across delivery teams.
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
18. Experience in the health insurance domain would be an added advantage.
