Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect to lead end-to-end CRM architecture in Bengaluru, India. The role requires 12-15 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE with hands-on design, integration, and governance responsibilities.

Responsibilities include guiding teams, driving architecture decisions, enabling scalable CRM solutions on Power Platform and Azure, and overseeing go-live activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-country/global CRM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, MB-210, MB-230 preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
