About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MICE Operations Senior Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the operations team, ensuring flawless event execution, and maintaining top-quality client satisfaction across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute end-to-end MICE projects with a focus on operational excellence and profitability.
• Supervise and mentor the MICE operations team, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with sales, accounts, and travel departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Negotiate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and vendors to secure best rates and terms.
• Oversee on-ground event execution, logistics, and client coordination at domestic and international destinations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, budgets, and operational processes.
• Prepare performance reports, cost analysis, and client feedback summaries for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience in MICE operations, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven expertise in handling large-scale corporate events and incentive programs.
