About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MICE Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality events and travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of MICE projects including logistics, venues, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver customized event solutions.

• Liaise with vendors, hotels, DMCs, and airlines to negotiate and finalize contracts.

• Supervise on-ground event setup, logistics, and client servicing during execution.

• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure smooth operations.

• Train and guide the MICE operations team for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or Business Administration.

• 5–8 years of experience in MICE operations, event management, or travel industry.

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools.
