Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and optimization of corporate MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) events across the organization. Drive cost optimization, vendor excellence, policy compliance, and deliver a seamless experience for employees and business stakeholders
Role & responsibilities
MICE Operations
- - Plan and execute domestic and international corporate events, conferences, leadership offsites, dealer meets, incentive trips, town halls, and employee engagement programs.
- - Manage end-to-end event delivery including venue, travel, accommodation, logistics, production, branding, and on-site execution.
- - Ensure high service standards and flawless event delivery.
Vendor & Procurement:
- - Develop and manage a preferred vendor network (hotels, event agencies, travel partners, DMCs, production agencies).
- - Lead RFQ/RFP processes, commercial negotiations, and vendor evaluations.
- - Ensure procurement compliance and contractual governance.
Budget & Governance
- - Prepare and manage event budgets.
- - Drive cost optimization through negotiations and vendor consolidation.
- - Ensure timely invoice reconciliation and payments.
- - Maintain audit-ready documentation and adherence to company policies, finance, legal, tax, and compliance requirements.
Travel & Logistics
- - Manage domestic and international travel, visas, accommodation, transportation, and travel insurance.
- - Coordinate VIP travel and contingency planning.
MIS & Reporting
- - Maintain a centralized MICE dashboard.
