MICE Wise in India is seeking a MICE Travel Executive with exceptional experience in international hotel banquet and room operations, as well as travel booking. The role involves handling international hotel sourcing, negotiation and booking, and delivering excellent customer service to clients.

The candidate will coordinate with visa and hotel teams, manage itineraries and ticketing solutions, and provide support for corporate travel needs with a strong focus on accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Hospitality and Customer handling.
• Knowledge of processing Hotel, logistics & flight bookings.
• Excellent communication and corporate service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle international Bulk Room event space bookings.
• Provide quotes, fare constructions, and itinerary planning for corporate group travellers.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of client profiles and travel preferences.
• Manage email and call-based queries related to international travel bookings.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of client profiles and travel preferences.
• Manage email and call-based queries related to international travel bookings.
• Monitor fare changes and update clients on the best available travel deals.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of tickets and travel-related correspondence.

Requirements:
