Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in M.I.C.E., corporate events, hospitality or event production.
• Strong coordination, communication, Excel, costing and documentation skills.
• Practical understanding of vendor management, event-day operations and budget control.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for scheduled live events.

• Plan and execute corporate conferences, annual meets, dealer meets, award nights, family days, team-building activities and incentive tours.
• Coordinate venues, hotels, transport, production, AV, décor, entertainment, catering and other event partners.
• Prepare event checklists, run sheets, itineraries, rooming lists, layouts, operational briefs and post-event reports.
• Compare vendor quotations, negotiate commercial terms, track budgets and support expense reconciliation.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, travel partners and internal teams; manage site inspections and on-site execution.
• Handle last-minute changes professionally and elevate risks early.
