You will manage the operations team, optimize budgets, collaborate with sales, accounts, and travel departments, and negotiate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and vendors to secure best rates and terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years in MICE operations with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven expertise in handling large-scale corporate events and incentive programs.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and event management tools.
