Occasionz Events in Mumbai seeks an energetic events professional to plan and execute corporate conferences, annual meets, and incentive tours. The role requires strong coordination, budgeting, and vendor-management skills to ensure seamless on-site execution.

You will liaise with venues, transport, production teams, and clients, preparing run sheets, checklists, and post-event reports. Willingness to travel and adapt to live-event schedules is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in M.I.C.E., corporate events, hospitality or event production.
• Strong coordination, communication, Excel, costing and documentation skills.
• Practical understanding of vendor management, event-day operations and budget control.
