Laqshya Live Experiences Pvt Ltd. seeks an energetic Assistant Manager Client Servicing – MICE to manage end-to-end client relationships and ensure flawless execution of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.

You will liaise with corporate clients, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and deliver high-quality events with attention to budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in MICE / corporate events / event agency client servicing
• Hands-on experience managing corporate clients independently
• Exposure to conferences, exhibitions, incentive trips, and meetings
• Strong vendor network is a plus
• Energetic, proactive, and execution-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned MICE clients
• Understand client requirements and translate briefs into actionable plans
• Manage end-to-end servicing for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and incentive programs
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, creative, production) for flawless execution
• Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines
• Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and cost management
• Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage on-ground event execution and troubleshoot real-time challenges
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling
• Prepare post-event reports and ensure client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
