Job summary

Solaura Realty in Gurgaon is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Manager to own Facebook and Instagram advertising. You will plan, launch and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with creatives to drive qualified leads and conversions.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in Meta Ads, strong skills in Pixel, conversions, ROAS and reporting, and can independently scale campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop and execute lead generation, conversion, traffic, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, audience targeting and performance.
• Build and test different ad sets, creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and performance analysis.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Events, Conversion API and conversion tracking.
• Work closely with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, targeting options and new advertising features.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to take ownership of paid advertising across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in Meta Ads Manager, campaign strategy, performance optimization, lead generation and conversion-focused advertising.
