eMarketing.io in Jaipur, Rajasthan is seeking a Meta Ads Expert with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to independently plan, execute, analyse, and optimise campaigns for real estate, healthcare, and other service-based businesses.

You will manage campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, develop lead-generation strategies, track performance with Meta Pixel and API, and collaborate with creative teams to improve lead quality and acquisition costs.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Ads Manager objectives, targeting, retargeting and budget optimization.
• Experience in lead generation for real estate, healthcare or service-based businesses.
• Ability to analyse data and decide based on performance metrics.
• Understanding CPL, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, lead-to-sale.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Problem-solving mindset, ownership of results, ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Monitor audience performance, creatives, placements, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Conduct A/B tests to identify winning creatives, messaging, and audience segments.
• Track leads and conversions using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and relevant tracking tools.
• Work with creative and content teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives and copy.
• Monitor campaign performance regularly and provide actionable reports and insights.
• Identify why campaigns underperform and take corrective action instead of simply increasing budgets.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of practical experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimisation.
• Experience in lead generation for real estate, healthcare, or service-based businesses.
• Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on performance metrics.
