Solaura Realty in Gurugram is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Manager to own Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. You will develop strategy, optimize performance, and drive lead generation and conversions within a healthcare product context.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience, strong skills in Meta Pixel, Event Tracking, and a data-driven approach. This is a work-from-office position in Sector 49, Gurgaon, with immediate joining preference.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads experience.
• Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and tracking tools.
• Ability to plan, execute, analyze and scale campaigns independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop and execute lead generation, conversion, traffic and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, audience targeting and performance.
• Build and test ad sets, creatives, audiences and strategies.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS and CTR.
• Conduct audience research and performance analysis.
• Set up Meta Pixel, Events, Conversion API and tracking.
• Collaborate with creative team to develop high‑performing ads.
• Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with insights.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while controlling costs.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and new features.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to take ownership of paid advertising across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in Meta Ads Manager, campaign strategy, performance optimization, lead generation and conversion-focused advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop and execute lead generation, conversion, traffic, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, audience targeting and performance.
• Build and test different ad sets, creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and performance analysis.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Events, Conversion API and conversion tracking.
• Work closely with the creative/content team to develop high‑performing ad creatives and copy.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, targeting options and new advertising features.

Required Skills
